Hey Readers!

Sorry for the delay in posts. πŸ˜› I’ve been out-of-town enjoying family, the sunshine, and the pacific ocean in California! πŸ˜€ It was absolutely wonderful, beautiful, and therapeutic! I love getting away when I can. πŸ™‚ I hope you will too as soon as you’re able. πŸ™‚ It’s so healthy to go on a road trip, fly, or take a train to a lovely place and just relax. πŸ™‚ Seeing family is great too! πŸ˜‰ A small vacation or an extended one can do wonders for the mind and body! It can help you refocus on the things that are important in life; moreover, family can help you re-center, provide wisdom, love, and support where you need it. πŸ™‚

If you can’t get away, go for a long walk or hike in a beautiful park. Take a warm bath and pour some essential oils in it. Bottom line, when your mind is clear and free of stress making essential decisions is easier. Give yourself permission to just lay back, breathe, and rest. It is crucial that we take time off from a busy schedule, or from just the demands of life when we can. Life can be overwhelming, as we all know. πŸ™‚ Pencil in some rest and relaxation, because it will help increase your quality of life and will make for a happier and healthier you. πŸ˜‰
